What are My Lotus Candles made of?

My Lotus Candles are made with high-grade soy wax, cotton wicks, and premium fragrance oils. They are vegan, toxin-free, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and Prop 65 compliant.

Are your candles clean and toxin-free?

Yes. I created My Lotus Candles because most candles on the market are filled with harmful chemicals. Every candle is intentionally formulated to burn as cleanly as possible without sacrificing scent or quality.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes. Every My Lotus Candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Why does my candle shimmer when it burns?

The shimmer is intentional and part of what makes My Lotus Candles unique. It was perfected through extensive testing to ensure it burns beautifully and safely while creating a subtle, elevated glow.

How long do your candles burn?

Each 8 oz candle burns for approximately 50 to 60 hours when properly cared for.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Do not burn longer than 3 to 4 hours at a time.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of candles, all sales are final. If your candle arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours and I will make it right.

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, shipping is available within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
